Back then when we first opened The Steak Master we wanted to create the all Canadian sausage for Canada Day celebrations. So what is more Canadian than maple syrup and wild blueberry? We use Uncle Richards Maple Syrup, and wild blueberries from Nova Scotia, and of course premium Canadian pork.
